Oregon Coast: Photos taken on trip in October, 2001. A view of Cape Arago Light House from trail between Sunset Bay and Shore Acres Park. Taken in the AM as the sun was beginning to burn away the fog and haze. My interest was primarily in the play of light and shadow on the scene.

Oregon Dunes are for vehicles, not for walking. I am not sure if I was thinking about the composition of the picture or it's documentary usefulness. Where OHV's or ATV's rule, there is little left of nature. What is left is sometimes an arresting subject, still appealing to the eye.
